Matilda Mann unites with Spill Tab on new song "Borderline Insane"
Matilda Mann has kicked off 2023 by joining forces with spill tab on a new single titled "Borderline Insane".
"Borderline Insane" is Matilda Mann's first outing since "Margaux" landed in July 2022, and also follows spill tab's Luke Wild collaboration "CRUSH" that arrived last month.
Speaking about the Oscar Scheller-produced track, Mann says, ""Borderline Insane" is about those times when you have no idea what to wear for a date and everything keeps going wrong and you look crazy cause you’re slightly going crazy! And while I’ve overthought every tiny detail, my date sat there looking perfect without even trying."
spill tab says of the collaboration, "I’m so excited that I got to work with Matilda and Oscar on this one, they’re two incredibly talented people."
Mann adds, "I’ve been such a fan of spill tab for so long and it’s a dream to have her angel-like verse on the track. We wanted "Borderline Insane" to be the upbeat, fun, crazy song that you put on while getting ready for the day. We can all be insane together."
She's yet to follow up her 2021 EP Sonder. spill tab's latest EP Bonnie arrived in December 2021.
Matilda Mann's "Borderline Insane" single featuring spill tab is out now on Arista.
