Martha Syke Murphy returns with new single "Dogs"
To accompany the release, Murphy has shared three music videos.
"Dogs" is self-produced by Martha Skye Murphy, with mixing and engineering handled by Max Goulding (Black Midi).
The single is her first release since 2021's Triptych "Concrete", "Stuck", and "Found Out", as well as the premiere of her experimental opera, Postcards Home, at the Southbank Centre, in 2022.
Accompanied by three music videos by Billy Howard Price, to imitate Cerberus, the three-headed dog, the leading film sees Murphy bathed in supernatural light, convulsed by digital manipulation. The two other videos can be uncovered exclusively on Murphy’s website, creating a network of videos that form alternate narratives and realities in the song.
"Dogs" is out now via AD 93 who will be pressing 20 limited edition vinyl to accompany the release. Visit marthaskyemurphy.co.uk for more information.
