Mahalia has returned with the brand new single, "Life Size".
The music video, filmed in Jamaica, visually amplifies this message. It features an inspiring lineup of women, including Mahalia’s own mother, each sharing what they love about themselves—ranging from one woman’s appreciation for her own forgiveness, to another’s pride in her confidence and resilience.
The music video opens with Mahalia’s poignant statement: “Woman, a woman I am, a woman I came from, impossible standards put in place so we should fall, yet we stand, we sing, we shine.” This encapsulates the essence of the song’s empowering message and the spirit of the visuals.
"Life Size" is out now.
