Lucinda Chua releases new cut "An Ocean"
Lucinda Chua has released a third cut from her upcoming debut album YIAN titled "An Ocean".
"An Ocean" will appear on Chua's debut album with last month's "Echo" and last year's "Golden" singles, and is teamed with a self-directed short film.
A press release states that YIAN "means swallow in Chinese, and is part of "Siew Yian", the name given to Chua by her parents to preserve her connection with her Chinese heritage." Eight of the 10 tracks on Chua's debut album were produced and engineered by Chua.
"An Ocean" is out now. Lucinda Chua's debut album YIAN will be released via 4AD on 24 March, and is available to pre-order now. She'll play London's Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA) on 9 May. Tickets are on sale now via lucindachua.com.
