London Grammar get real on new single, "Fakest Bitch"

London Grammar have released the brand new single "Fakest Bitch", which is taken from their forthcoming album, The Greatest Love.

"Fakest Bitch is pretty self-explanatory to be honest. Everybody has had someone, at some point in their life, that’s made them feel that way but what I really like about it is that it’s kind of a bit shocking. For me anyway, just how direct the negativity is but it is again about reflecting on those parts of yourself that are a bit ugly too and looking at yourself in the mirror and learning and growing from that. I wanted to again talk about something quite negative but the lyrics in the verse are quite poetic and beautiful," says frontwoman Hannah Reid.

London Grammar recently announced their biggest tour to date, as tickets for their UK arena tour have nearly sold out having only gone on sale just a few weeks ago. The UK arena tour will see the band headline The O2 Arena in London on November 14, and also includes shows at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow on November 11 and AO Arena in Manchester on November 12.

The Greatest Love is set for release in September via Ministry of Sound, and is available to pre-order here.
