Liverpool is set to become Taylor Town to welcome Taylor Swift's The Eras Tour in June
The city of Liverpool has announced plans to host art installations, craft workshops and more to welcome Taylor Swift and her fans, when she is set to perform at Anfield Stadium from 13-15 June.
Plans have been revealed to transform Liverpool into Taylor Town from 8-16 June in the run up to The Eras Tour visiting the city. There will be conferences, craft workshops, and art installations to celebrate Swift's musical legacy, as well as the impact she'll have on the economy.
As reported by The Guardian, "a series of ticketed craft workshops – called Liverpool Loves Taylor (Craft Version) – will also take place at the Metquarter, where visitors will be able to get creative with origami that will form part of an installation, transform T-shirts in a session called Swif-tee Transformation, upcycle denim, make collages and decorate cupcakes – all inspired by the singer."
