Youth of the Apocalypse team up with Noel Gallagher on new single "Fire In My Mind"
Youth of the Apocalypse have shared their new single "Fire In My Mind", co-written and featuring Noel Gallagher.
The rock/hip hop hybrid group's new single is their first of the year, landing after last year's MF Doom collaboration "Drop The Bomb", and "In The Future".
Of their new single, YOTA say it's "a heavy hitting, big beat, pop banger that we made in collaboration with Noel Gallagher. It is a last port of call, a battle cry for help from a higher power. Sung from the perspective of being at the end of the road, it’s high octane beat hopes to offer a musical moment of relief from the pain and struggle of feeling all alone."
The group's Jamie Reynolds, formerly of Klaxons, shared the new single on socials, revealing, "I’ve had some magical moments working in music and this was up there with the best."
