Youth Lagoon shares new single "The Knower", details upcoming LP
Youth Lagoon has detailed recently announced LP Savage Hills Ballroom and shared its lead single "The Knower".
The 10 songs were recorded in Bristol and mixed/engineered by Ali Chant (PJ Harvey, Gravenhurst). It follows 2013's Wondrous Bughouse.
In a statement, Powers said of the record:
This is Savage Hills Ballroom.
I've been waiting for quite some time and have seen much in your absence.
I know you have seen it too.
Love and the typical chaos of humanity.
Society has an internal desire to exude a perfect existence.
No one has found it.
This will serve as your home.
A place of abundance and transparency.
The pleasure of your company is invaluable.
Everything here is made of gold.
Sanctuary
-Trevor Powers
