Yes, David Hasselhoff really has covered The Jesus and Mary Chain's "Head On"
The Hoff, aka David Hasselhoff, has released a cover of The Jesus and Mary Chain's "Head On".
Hasselhoff's cover of The Jesus and Mary Chain's "Head On" arrives ahead of his first album in seven years dropping on Friday (27 September).
The cover also features The Cars' Elliot Easton on guitar.
"Head On" originally appeared on The Jesus and Mary Chain's 1989 album Automatic.
Hasselhoff's rendition of "Head On" is the second single to be shared from his forthcoming album Open Your Eyes, after the lead single and title-track "Open Your Eyes", which features The Stooges’ James Williamson.
Open Your Eyes will also include covers of David Bowie‘s "Heroes", Neil Diamond's "Sweet Caroline", and Echo & The Bunnymen’s "Lips Like Sugar".
