Win Butler is back in the studio with Arcade Fire, says new track will "be out sooner than later"
The Ringer NBA Show podcast chatted to Arcade Fire frontman Win Butler, who revealed they're back in the studio, with a new single landing "sooner than later".
Released earlier today, the latest hour-long episode of The Ringer's NBA Show podcast with Kevin O'Connor and Danny Cheo featured a phone call with Win Butler, where he revealed a tiny update on Arcade Fire's progress.
In the last minute of the show, they ask Butler about his earlier mention of recording, asking if it's with Arcade Fire. Butler replies, "Yeah, I mean, we're just working on a track. It'll actually be out sooner than later".
The hosts ask if the single is coming this year, which Butler confirms, "Yeah".
