Weyes Blood says she's beginning to work on a new album planned for release in 2021
Weyes Blood has revealed that she will begin to work on her next album, and plans to release it in 2021.
Yesterday (27 May), Weyes Blood cancelled her remaining 2020 tour dates due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
She also shared a video for her Titanic Rising track "Wild Thing", which was shot on 16mm film before the pandemic, and edited in isolation.
Alongside the visual, Weyes Blood, aka Natalie Mering, gave an update on new music, "In other news, as you may have assumed, I am cancelling all of my headline shows for 2020, but I'm beginning to work on my next album that will come out in 2021- a different time, when hopefully we can see each other face to face once again."
