Welcome To Condale! Summer Camp announce debut LP details
We thought this day would never come. After almost two years since Summer Camp dropped ‘I Only Have Eyes For You’ onto an unsuspecting blogosphere, causing a mini riot of journalists clambering to figure out their identities (remember when everyone thought they were from Sweden? What larks!), Elizabeth Sankey and Jeremy Warmsley have finally revealed details of their debut full length.
Intriguingly titled Welcome To Condale, the album will be released via their very own Apricot Recording Company imprint (in conjunction with Moshi Moshi and Pledgemusic) on October 31. Preceeded by the infectious new single ‘Better Off Without You’ on September 12, Condale features a total of 12 tracks including long-term live favourite ‘Summer Camp’ and debut single ‘Ghost Train’.
