A rare-track taken from the vinyl-only Woodpigeon album Balladeer, the video for ‘Featherstone’ was put together by Mark Hamilton himself. Composed of old super-8 footage loaned by a family in Calgary, the beautiful, instrumentally rich and melancholic acoustic number is accompanied by hazy home video style cinematography of dance recitals, snow days and summer sports.
Woodpigeon will be making an unmissable appearance this Saturday at The Barbican centre as part of Canadian Blast’s all dayer.
