Here’s the first official video from the greatest all girl punk group since Sleater-Kinney bowed out a few years back. Wild Flag, featuring ex-members of Sleater-Kinney (oooh, fancy that), have produced one of the most accesible and down right enjoyable albums of 2011 with their self-titled debut – due via Wichita on October 10.
In conjunction with this new clip, directed by Tom Scharpling, the quartet have also announced their debut London show which is due to take place at The Lexington on December 8. Tickets go on sale tomorrow morning (September 7) at 9am.
Check out this month’s TLOBF Podcast, featuring Wild Flag and a world premiere from Swedish wunderkind Loney Dear (amongst other joyous pearls).
