CCTV footage has been acquired by TMZ that purports to show the moment rapper 2 Chainz was robbed at gunpoint in San Francisco on June 9th.
The enthralling saga of Tauheed Epps continues, and if the footage does indeed show the armed robbery in question, then it’s going to be even harder for him to offer fresh denials of the incident.
2 Chainz had been in San Francisco to appear at the KMEL Summer Jam, when he was approached in the street by two men, both of whom produced handguns and chased the rapper and his entourage. The video shows one of the suspects, in a white shirt, skipping playfully in pursuit of Epps, who can be seen lying prone on the floor while the other suspect, in a black sweatshirt, steals his wallet and cellphone.
Epps had previously taken to Twitter to refute the reports, but the San Francisco Police Department confirmed in turn that the robbery had indeed taken place.
