Watch the new video for "I Don't Want To Change You" by Damien Rice
Damien Rice is showing off the new video for "I Don't Want To Change You" ahead of his forthcoming album's release 3 November.
The Rick Rubin-produced My Favourite Faded Fantasy will get its release proper next month, but in the meantime you can check the new Reykjavik-set video. Rice looks rather chilly in the clip, strolling up and down a pontoon while soaked through. Brr.
Speaking of the record, Rice has said:
“I sat for a minute and imagined myself with one more hour on the planet. And I noticed that I didn’t care about whether I had sold more records, or less records. What was most important to me was wanting to shed whatever mask I’d been wearing so that I could at least be myself in the world, instead of some version of myself that I thought was appropriate.”
