The Roots have shared a new stop motion-animated music video for “Understand,” from their new new album out next week, titled ...And Then You Shoot Your Cousin.
The video compiles a lot of interesting stop motion visuals, such as unmanned organs playing, buzzsaws grinding, a refrigerator full of opening and closing psalm books and an anthropomorphic wad of crumpled up dollar bills.
...And Then You Shoot Your Cousin is out 19 May via Def Jam Recordings. Watch the “Understand” video below.
