Watch Sigur Rós' Orri appear with Mammút's for an amazing performance of "Salt"
Orri Páll Dýraso isn't giving up the day job but the Sigur Rós drummer popped up alongside his younger sister Ása Dýradóttir to pick up sticks for her band Mammút earlier this month.
While Dýrason has played with Mammút before - notably at last year's Iceland Airwaves - he joined the band - who were part of the Icelandic contingent at this year's Netherlands showcase festival Eurosonic Noorderslang - with a take of a track from their third album Komdu til mín svarta systir being filmed by 3FM, the Dutch radio station.
Mammút originally found success following 2004's national Battle of the Bands competition, which they won. The contest is launchpad for the country's musical talent, with Samaris and Of Monsters & Men taking first place in 2011 and 2010 respectively.
