Taken from their Acéphale released debut album Pleasure (released 5 July in the US, not due out in UK/Europe until 8 August), ‘Easy’ is the latest track from Austin, Texas trio Pure X. Directed by Malcom Elijah, this video sees vivid red hues and psychedelic underwater visions swirl beneath lethargic, murky melodies punctuated with fuzzy vocals, endlessly whirring guitars and subtle 50s rhythms. Perfect for that sleepy summer playlist, ‘Easy’ and previously unveiled track ‘Heavy Air’ both feature on the LP, which is available to pre-order now on CD or limited edition vinyl.
