Part two of the haunted three-part instrumental that runs throughout Neon Indian’s forthcoming album Era Extraña ‘Heart : Decay’ is the latest video from Texan artist Alan Palomo. A gently swelling haze of layered synths, distorted vocals and fluctuating rhythms the video follows the unveiling of the first, equally compelling instrumental ‘Heart : Attack.’ Due to complete the preview of what is to come from the full-length on 13 September, ‘Heart : Release’ will be the next, and final video instalment.
