Watch Honne's video for "Coastal Love", featuring glowy nudibranchs
Honne have shared their new visuals for "Coastal Love", the title track from their upcoming EP due next month.
The track features Tamsin Wilson, of Wilsen, as a guest vocalist.
Speaking to The FADER, the pair said: "Based on our own first hand experiences, Coastal Love is the product of being in a long distance relationship. However we wanted to explore the positive aspects of this rather than focusing on the negatives. We are very excited for people to see the video. We love the fact that it takes you on an unconventional journey but still conveys the meaning of the song.”
Nudibranchs, the technicolour " soft-bodied, marine gastropod mollusks", are central to some kind of illicit deal. It gets a bit surreal towards the end.
It was shot in Montauk and NYC, and directed by director/photographer/documentary-maker Danilo Parra.
Honne's Coastal Love EP is out on the duo's own Tatemae Rcords on 4 May.
