Watch Fleetwood Mac reunite with Christine McVie at London show
Former Fleetwood Mac keyboardist and songwriter, Christine McVie made a surprise appearance with the band live last night at the first of their London shows.
McVie was a main member of the group for nigh on 30 years, before announcing her retirement from the band back in 1998, after their induction to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame.
Despite Stevie Nicks being previously quoted as saying that there was “no more a chance of happening than an asteroid hitting the earth”, now it appears the musician has had a slight change of heart, teaming up for this live outing on Wednesday night
Nicks previously told BBC Radio 4: “ is going to come and do a song on the second two shows. I think it will probably be ‘Don’t Stop’. I don’t know, but she’s coming to Ireland to rehearse with us.”
McVie performed 1976 hit ‘Don’t Stop’ with the band. Watch that beneath:
