Watch Eels play "I Like Birds" live from their Royal Albert Hall concert film
Ahead of the release of Eels concert film and live album Royal Albert Hall, we're pleased to be able to share an exclusive teaser with you.
E, The Chet, Royal Al, P-Boo and Knuckles performed at London's Royal Albert Hall on 30 June 2014, and the subsequent 28-song set was turned into a 2xCD/3xLP live album, and beautiful concert film. The film also documents the band getting ready for the show, as well as all of the ensuing antics: kissed the spot where John Lennon stood, hugging fans across the venue, and playing Eels classics on the RAH's pipe organ.
Charlie Lightening has directed the film, which sees release via E Works/PIAS, along with the album, on 13 April. You can watch the trailer here.
The original track featured on the band's 2000 album Daisies Of The Galaxy.
