A “nerdy hip-hop moment” happened at the recent Rock the Bells festival in San Francisco, with similarly-named rappers A$AP Rocky and alt-hip-hopper Aesop Rock “trying to make the internet explode” by shooting a video together.

The pair had never met each other, despite probably having been mistaken for the other on more than one occasion. But this was all solved by Hot 97′s Peter Rosenberg, with help from Brother Ali, who made the hook-up happen; posting the following video online.
