Warpaint announce first album in six years with new single "Champion"
Warpaint have finally returned with news of their first album in six years, Radiate Like This, and have shared new song "Champion" as the first taster of the record.
After teasing their return with news of "Champion" yesterday (25 January), Warpaint have delivered their new single in full, which marks their first new material since featuring on jennylee's "Clinique" single in November 2021. In April last year Warpaint also released their first new single in five years "Lilys".
Warpaint say of the new release, "Being a champion to oneself and for others. We are all in this together, life is too short not to strive for excellence in all that we do."
The new track is also teamed with news of Warpaint's first album in six years, Radiate Like This, which will follow 2016's Head’s Up.
Much of Radiate Like This was recorded separately during the pandemic.
