Vive La France! 2012 Line-Up Announced
Earlier this week, we here at The Line of Best Fit were very excited to announce that we are partnering up with Brighton’s brilliant Melting Vinyl and the lovely folks over at the Bureau Export to bring you Vive La France! festival, taking place in Brighton town on the 26-28 January 2012. Well, now we have more exciting news, in that we can announce the acts that will be entertaining our ears and eyes at the event. Performances and DJ sets are planned from Domino’s first ever French signing Francois & the Atlas Mountains, plus shows from sultry songstress Mesparrow, Polarsets and Concrete Knives amongst many others, showing that Vive la France! has once again outdone itself in tracking down the best of new French talent for the showcase.
And if you find yourself with a spare five minutes on Saturday afternoon, why not head on down to The Green Door Store to listen to yours truly talk (rubbish) on a panel discussing the French music industry with MOJO’s Kieron Tyler and Les Inrockuptibles’ JD Beauvallet?
