Vince Staples shares new Ramona Park Broke My Heart track "Rose Street"
Vince Staples has delivered new song "Rose Street" as the second preview of his upcoming album Ramona Park Broke My Heart.
After unveiling the lead single "Magic" last month which featured production from Mustard, Vince Staples has delivered a second track from the record titled "Rose Street".
Ramona Park Broke My Heart will follow Staples' 2021 self-titled album, and is dedicated to his hometown - Ramona Park in Long Beach, California.
Staples said of the album title, "It’s symbolic of home, and everyone has a home. Even though it’s very personal to me, everyone can relate to it. That’s why I thought it would work for this chapter."
Discussing his self-titled album and Ramona Park Broke My Heart, Staples added, "There’s a direct correlation. They were kind of created at the same time. I was in a similar state of mind. I’m still working through things and the questions that life poses. This album will make even more sense if you heard the previous one. This one has more answers."
