Van Morrison among new names confirmed for UK’s first socially distant venue in Newcastle
Van Morrison has joined the lineup for this summer's shows at the Virgin Money Unity Arena in Newcastle - the UK's first socially distant outdoor venue.
Ronan Keating, The Bootleg Beatles, and Van Morrison have been added to the summer show series lineup.
Across August, the Virgin Money Unity Arena will also host shows from Two Door Cinema Club, Supergrass, Tom Grennan, The Libertines, Jason Manford, Bill Bailey, Maxïmo Park and more.

The Virgin Money Unity Arena is the UK's first socially distant outdoor venue, and will be situated at the Newcastle Racecourse in Gosforth Park.
Attendees will have to arrive by car, and will be directed to their own private viewing platform by staff. Refreshments can be pre-ordered and delivered later at the viewing platform during the event. A one-way system will be in place for toilet access, with hand sanitiser dispensers outside each cubicle.
