Vampire Weekend delay new album release

After dropping a series of hints and clues in the build-up to their upcoming new album, it turns out we’re all going to have to wait a little longer yet before getting our hands on it – as Vampire Weekend have pushed the release of their new record back.
But alas, don’t panic too much as it’s just been shifted back a week. Modern Vampires of the City will now be released on 14 May instead of 7 May, still via XL Recordings.
