Unsigned Music Awards announce nominees
The inaugural Unsigned Music Awards has annnounced the nominees for its October event later this month.
The event, founded by Simon O’Kelly, Georgina Thomas and Ben Connor (pictured above), takes place on 27th October at the Troxy Theatre in London. Hosted by Laura Whitmore (MTV) and Chris Stark (The Scott Mills Show), it's the first ever televised awards ceremony aimed to celebrate and showcase some of the hottest new talent around and looks squarely aimed at joining the BRITs, Mercurys and BBC Sound Of... as one of the industry's award staples.
