Ultimate Painting share "Bills" from upcoming third LP Dusk
Ultimate Painting have announced third record Dusk, and shared the first single "Bills".
The album was recorded straight to tape by the band's James Hoare in his London home, with Melissa Rigby providing percussion.
First taste "Bills" is a threadbare piece of psychedelic pop brilliance, with warm textures, delicious bass, and comforting vocal interplay. The gnarled solo towards the end is just the right amount of fuzz - this for long summer days that fade into balmy summer nights.
Dusk is released 30 September via Trouble In Mind. It follows last year's Green Lanes, and will be available on limited edition purple vinyl.
