UK music magazines suffer further decline in first half of 2013
Virtually all of the top music print publications in the UK experience continued decrease in sales and circulation in the first half of 2013, new figures show.
ABC statistics for the six-month period ending June 2013 sees the likes of NME and The Fly experiencing sharp drops, with Uncut, Mojo and more also dipping in sales.
As Music Week note, NME‘s circulation is reported to have dropped by 13.2% in the past six months, with The Fly down 28.1%, Uncut 8.8% and Mojo 5.2%.
Meanwhile, We Love Pop have posted a sales decrease of 10.7%, Top of the Pops down 13.4% and Q and Kerrang! a marginal 4.1% and 2.5% respectively.
