
Tyler, The Creator says he "might fly to Sweden" to free A$AP Rocky in new freestyle
Tyler, The Creator dropped a new freestyle on Funk Flex's Hot 97 show, in which he says he "might fly to Sweden" to free A$AP Rocky.
Tyler, The Creator and A$AP Rocky released their "POTATO SALAD" song last year, which hinted at a potential collaborative project between the two of them titled "WANG$AP".
A$AP Rocky, real name Rakim Myers, was arrested in Sweden on 3 July, and charged earlier this week with assault. He will be detained in Sweden until a trial takes place. The Stockholm District Court will announce the trial date next week.
In light of his arrest, Tyler, The Creator, along with ScHoolboy Q and Lil Yachty, vowed to never visit Sweden again.
On Funky Flex's Hot 97 show, Tyler, The Creator dropped a short freestyle towards the end of the interview which sees Tyler, The Creator shout out A$AP Rocky. He raps, "Free Rakim free Rakim / I might fly to Sweden to free him / Braid my wig A$AP tat on my ribs / Switch with him then I can fuck all the sweet men." Check it out around the 1:21:00 mark.
