Odd Future’s breakthrough stars, Tyler The Creator and Earl Sweatshirt have been talking about plans for a collaborative album for a while, but now it appears that such a record is not to be.
“I don’t want to do it anymore,” Tyler wrote in a statement online. “To be honest it will never live up to the expectations of people that really want it. Not that that really matters, but, I’m not in the mindframe to do a whole album of that s**t. I don’t want to do it”.
The pair have previously toured under the Earlwolf moniker, supporting the likes of Eminem and more. They each released a solo record last year.
