Ever the prolific writer, Ty Segall has shared a second track from his upcoming self-titled album.
Following the summer breeze sentimental psychedelia of "Orange Colour Queen", "Break A Guitar" sees Ty Segall turn his hand to the fuzzed up elemental garage rock that he's always been known for. Frenetic without being chaotic and distorted while retaining clarity, the track is a testament to Segall's instrumental adroitness.
With screech-a-long vocal refrains and all number of awe-inducing guitar solos, "Break A Guitar" is classic rock for the modern day - and a surefire way to keep us hooked and waiting for the self-titled album release next week.
Ty Segall is released via Drag City on 27 January - you can pre-order it now.
