Prolific noise maker Ty Segall has released the Fried Shallots EP, a surprise short-player that looks to raise money for charity.
All proceeds from Fried Shallots will be given to the American Civil Liberties Union. The six-track EP is on sale now for just a fiver (American) - and until you do you won't be able to hear a note. Grab it from Bandcamp.
A quick blurb on Drag City (his label)'s site reads: "Fried shallots are easy! Just heat up the ol' brain pan and throw 'em in! Short-play chill-and-twist from Ty and for a good cause too."
A 12" version from Drag City is also available to pre-order. It's out 25 August.
