Last week saw Apple complete their buy-out of Dr Dre’s Beats Electronic, purchasing the company for $3 billion. Now it’s been announced that Beats’ Chief Creative Officer, Trent Reznor has parted ways with the company.
The Nine Inch Nails man, recently on tour in the UK, has been critical of Apple in the past, but it’s not yet known whether this has directly influenced his decision in leaving the organisation.
Meanwhile, Reznor and co are set to tour North America this summer with Soundgarden and Death Grips.
UPDATE: A spokesman for Beats has told Rolling Stone that the rumour is “false”.
