Trash Kit announce first album in five years with lead single "Horizon"
Trash Kit, the trio made up of members of Sacred Paws, Bas Jan, and Bamboo, have announced their first album in five years, alongside revealing the title track "Horizon".
Rachel Aggs (guitar, vocals), Rachel Horwood (drums, vocals) and Gill Partington (bass) make up Trash Kit, who have today unveiled their first new single since 2014's Confidence record.
"Horizon" is the lead single from Trash Kit's upcoming record. Aggs explains it's "quite literal, thinking about the edge of the earth - how people interpret the planet, how you can sometimes forget the enormity of the world and the universe and how small that can make you feel."
Trash Kit's album announcement arrives alongside Aggs' next record with Sacred Paws, Run Around the Sun, which drops later this month.
