Tove Lo releases NSFW short film Fairy Dust
Tove Lo has cut the ribbon on her impressive new 30-minute film Fairy Dust as she celebrates the release of LP2 Lady Wood. It's NSFW.
The Swedish popstar shot the film on location in Los Angeles; Fairy Dust is described as "Lo’s most ambitious video project to date"
Fairy Dust features five of the tracks from Lady Wood, including new single "True Disaster" and lead cut "Cool Girl".
It's directed and co-written with Tim Erim (who's worked with Rihanna, Nick Jonas, and on Major Lazer's "Lean On"), and stars Lina Esco alongside Lo - who's making her acting debut.
Speaking about the film, Lo says: "Here it is. My short film about the never-ending escape and all the rushes and pain that comes with it. I always dreamt about doing something like this, and that I get to share this with all of you now feels unreal. THANK YOU my dear friend and director Timothy Erem, and our whole team and crew for making this movie possible. Love you forever. Now... open up and take it in."
