Tove Lo announces new record Blue Lips, unveils dance belter "Disco Tits"
Tove Lo returns with housey jam "Disco Tits", a supreme floorfiller with her signature candour in spades.
The track, produced with The Struts, follows Lo's Fire Fade short film - a 20-minute spectacle featuring music from the Swedish popstar's second record Lady Wood. It's the first sounds from Blue Lips (described as 'Lady Wood phase II'), which is due in the near future.
"I'm sweatin' from head to toe / I'm wet through all my clothes / I'm fully charged, nipples are hard / Ready to go...", begins the banger, which also references her super-hit "Stay High" (even mimicking the 'oh oh' hook). Lo isn't one to beat around the bush - this is a track that gets right to the point and demands to have a bloody amazing time.
"'Disco Tits' is abut loosing yourself with your new found love," says Lo. "Naive, excited, no consequences. The happiness in the haze I'm feelin' right now."
