Judge increases Tory Lanez's bail for violating Megan Thee Stallion’s restraining order
Tory Lanez has been ordered to pay additional bail for violating Megan Thee Stallion's restraining order while appearing at Rolling Loud Miami with DaBaby.
The rapper was accused of shooting Megan Thee Stallion in both feet last year, and now a judge has increased his bail from $190,000 to $250,000 for violating a protective order which requires him to stay 100 yards away from Megan Thee Stallion.
As Billboard reports, the additional bail comes a month after Rolling Loud Miami took place. Tory Lanez made his surprise appearance at the festival during DaBaby's set, which took place after Megan Thee Stallion's performance.
Yesterday (23 August), Judge Borjon told Tory Lanez during the court hearing, "You're facing years in prison, over 22 years in prison. They could have filed an additional charge based on violating the protective order because that's a violation of law as well. You do not want to be doing things like this sir. You have the means and the where with all and a lot of smart people around you to advise you as to how you should be conducting your life so we don't have to have hearings like this."
