Titus Andronicus reveal album closing track "Tumult Around The World"
Titus Andronicus have shared new single "Tumult Around The World", the closing track from their upcoming sixth album, An Obelisk.
"Tumult Around The World" is the second offering to be revealed from An Obelisk, after last month's "(I Blame) Society".
Offering a statement on the new record, vocalist Patrick Stickles says, "It’s so hard to stop the stream of spoilers these days. It should not be terribly surprising to anyone that we must each strive to shatter the illusion of individuation so that we might offer greater empathy and understanding to our whole human family, united as we are in our common struggle, and even if it is, well, I don’t want to wait til the record comes out to tell everybody."
An Obelisk is Titus Andronicas' sixth album, and is produced by Bob Mould. It follows on from last year's A Productive Cough.
Last year we captured Stickles performing Lou Reed and The Velvet Underground covers at End Of The Road festival.
