Tiger Lion launches multimedia project The Moon Inside Me
French producer/artist Tiger Lion has a new multimedia EP to show the world - and she's sharing the first taste "Let It Go" today.
Speaking about "Let It Go", the first song revealed from The Moon Inside Me, Tiger Lion's Clémentine Blue says: "I met a few people in my life who were doubtful about their path. Some people I loved, some people I lost. I wanted to pass on this message - sometimes you need to let yourself flow downstream."
"After an earthy and wavy debut EP I went through a darker phase in my life and it really affected my writing and research," Blue continues of the project. "I decided to look out for sounds I didn’t know and leave the planet. I see music and art like and endless path leading me to different places, enabling me to explore unknown landscapes. I have spent the last few months on a metaphysical journey to discover the mountains and seas of the moon, turning to a more ethereal and spectral world."
The Moon Inside Me mixes music, photography, painting, and dance, and "explores cycles, intuitions, feelings; questioning the notion of femininity, sensuality beyond genders, through the prism of moon phases."
To go with the project there's a rather lovely website that focuses on the cycles of the moon - it launches on 1 October with the New Moon, and runs until 28 October.
