Tierra Whack unveils first single of 2021 "Link"
Philadelphia rapper Tierra Whack is back with her first release of 2021 "Link", a single made in partnership with LEGO.
"Link" is Whack's first new single since last year's "Peppers and Onions" and "feel good" tracks, and sees the rapper utilise some LEGO wordplay about creating, blocks, colours and more.
As The FADER reports, the video was co-directed by Cat Solen and students from Philadelphia. Whack said of working with the students, "I was so excited to work with kids because their energy is fun, exhilarating, never-ending, and full of surprises. I really trusted them, and I knew they were going to come up with something great."
Whack is yet to follow up her 2018 debut album Whack World, and collaborated with the likes of Alicia Keys, Lil Yachty and more last year.
