Tickets for Arcade Fire & Neil Young Hyde Park shows accidentally sold for £2.50
The British Summertime Festival gig series are set to host shows from Arcade Fire, Neil Young, Black Sabbath and more during July, with some tickets accidentally going for an obscenely low rate during Friday (27 June).
Whilst tickets were originally priced at £50+, a ticket link was circulated online allowing users to get in for a mere £2.50. The AXS link was thought to be for AEG staff discount, but now the festival organisers have confirmed via social media that the reduced tickets will remain valid for ordinary punters.
You can check out the tweet in question below. The tickets have now been taken off sale.
@januszjasinski A leaked staff offer meant the public could purchase reduced tickets. This has now stopped. Tickets purchased remain valid.
