Thom Yorke has discussed Radiohead, recent side-project Atoms for Peace, politics and future collaborations on the latest WTF podcast with Marc Maron.
The pair met at Rick Rubin’s famous recording studio, The Mansion, while Yorke was recording the Atoms for Peace album, with Yorke using the podcast to take another swipe at the UK government saying that his break in California was “a nice get away from the Tory party tearing Britain to pieces”.
The podcast comes after Yorke pulled his Atoms for Peace records from Spotify, in protest to the amount the streaming service pays musicians.
