Thom Yorke reveals he was once asked to go on Strictly Come Dancing
Speaking to Shaun Keaveny for BBC 6 Music, Thom Yorke has revealed that he was once asked to go on Strictly Come Dancing.
In the new interview, around the 1:42:15 mark, Shaun Keaveny asks the Radiohead vocalist which one he would choose between Strictly Come Dancing or I'm A Celebrity...…Get Me Out Of Here!, to which he quickly replies, "Oh Strictly."
Yorke adds after, "I think they asked me once in the early days of the programme. I was like 'you what?' I’m pretty sure I got the call from the office one day."
The interview with Keaveny goes on to discuss Thom Yorke's most recent album ANIMA, which he released in July.
Last month he also released "Daily Battles", which features Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist, and Atoms For Peace bandmate, Flea on trumpet.
The single will feature on Edward Norton's new film Motherless Brooklyn.
