This Donald Trump and Iron Maiden mashup is hilarious and frightening
A YouTuber has synced various speeches from Donald Trump so he recites Iron Maiden's "Run To The Hills", and it's both hilarious and terrifying.
Lars von Retriever has uploaded his latest Metal Trump mashup on YouTube, which sees the YouTuber sync a variety of Donald Trump's speeches so he recites the lyrics to Iron Maiden's "Run To The Hills".
The Iron Maiden mashup arrives after previous Metal Trump videos including versions of Rage Against The Machine's "Killing In The Name", ACDC's "Thunderstruck", Queen's "Another One Bites The Dust", and many more.
The best moment of the Metal Trump "Run To The Hills" cover appears 40 seconds into the clip, and sees Trump cantering around on a horse.
Given Trump's reaction to the coronavirus pandemic, "Run To The Hills" is an eerily fitting choice thanks to the chorus, "Run to the hills / Run for your life".
Iron Maiden wrote the song about the genocide of Native Americans and indigenous people by North American settlers, so seeing Trump recite the lyrics is quite disconcerting considering he's said many questionable comments about race throughout his presidency.
