Despite Thee Oh Sees stating their intent to take an extended break, this hasn’t stopped them from announcing a new album.
The San Fran garage rock outfit had previously said they’re to embark on an “indefinite hiatus”, with frontman John Dwyer seeking a “well deserved break and transitional period”.
Now, however, they’ve confirmed new LP Drop for Record Store Day (19 April). That’s been preceded by track “Penetrating Eye”, which can be heard beneath.
Mikal Cronin and more are set to appear on the forthcoming record.
