The xx to make their return in 2017
The xx look to be returning next year after confirming their first live date in a rather long time.
The xx will be co-headlining Lollapalooza(s) in South America with Metallica, The Strokes, and The Weeknd. The events will take place in Brazil, Chile, and Argentina next spring, with Glass Animals, The 1975, Two Door Cinema Club, Tove Lo, and MØ all also on the bill.
The follow up to The xx's 2012 record Coexist has been in the works for some time - In 2014 Jamie xx said it was "coming" - could 2017 finally be the year it's released? We bloody hope so.
